    “I loved the lessons, very informative. I was just relieved to know the most important step to healing is to rest and digest. Simple (although overwhelming) and logical.

    My son Jacob, is 2, and very active so will need to introduce things slowly. I have been teaching him to breath he is doing well and loves blowing "wind". He gets upset waiting for dinner (or any meal, hopefully that passes soon) because he just loves to eat, so will have to wait to do the breathing before eating.

    As he has been weaned for about a month now, he is still learning how to fall asleep on his own at night. I am excited to try the meditation I think that may help (if he can lie still he is a big fidgeter and talker).

    I am a bit concerned he could be doing damage to himself by getting overly upset a lot.

    With your information I have also been able to start fixing things for myself my son is at the lovely terrible twos so I find I am not as stressed and cranky with him already although its been a few days. We also enjoy a cup of chamomile tea together he has to have coconut milk to!!!
