Coaching Program
Coaching Program - Client Agreement
This "Agreement," Coaching Program agreement, is made between Elissa Arnheim (“We”) and the undersigned individual ("You"). Elissa Arnheim and You hereby agree to the following:
1. You are hereby entering into the Coaching Program with Elissa Arnheim, whereby I will provide high-level coaching to you using Digital Course modules, Voxer and Zoom Meeting.
2. PROGRAM
This supported online coaching program will guide you through the essential foundations of health as well as a series of special topics relevant to children’s gut health to develop the food and lifestyle habits that support your child’s health and happiness.
Program includes, within a 4-week period of time:
- Digital Program delivery
- Weekly Live Coaching sessions
- Any-time support & community via Voxer app (maximum of 3 minutes per message)
3. You are hiring me as your coach because you want a mentor and coach as you move into the next phase of your life. This requires time and commitment to yourself as this is an opportunity for you to experience a massive shift in personal growth. You will be stretching beyond your current comfort zone and limited beliefs. We have each committed to participation in this supportive relationship. As your coach, you have my word that I am 100% committed to your success and the fulfillment of this agreement.
4. Your success guarantee. Elissa Arnheim is absolutely convinced that you will derive amazing benefits and results from this program and that you will create a new level of health and happiness in your child’s & your life, if you follow the steps, participate in the coaching calls, and connect in the community. Show up for our coaching calls. Show up in the community. Show me you've taken the steps with video along the way. This is important - I am committed to helping you do the life-changing "work" that unlocks internal messaging & physiology that gives your child & family the positive feedback they need to make informed choices. If you follow the steps, show up for our calls & connect in our community and haven't gotten results at the end of the program, I will refund the complete cost of the program. It really works that well.
5. You acknowledge and understand that Elissa Arnheim's processes and strategies, taught in the program, are the sole property of Elissa Arnheim. I have spent considerable time and effort in developing the protocols, strategies, tools and information used throughout my coaching program. You agree to maintain the confidential nature of the program and agree not to duplicate, disseminate, distribute or otherwise disclose any part to any third parties, for any reason, unless it is part of the program, part of a public domain or required by a valid legal process, whereby you will provide prompt written notice to Elissa Arnheim. You further agree that your violation of this provision will cause substantial harm to Elissa Arnheim, and for which we may seek all legal redress, which may include an injunction or substantial damages. This program is not intended to provide medical advice or therapy.
6. The parties acknowledge the service to be provided by Elissa Arnheim is coaching. Coaching, which is not therapy or counseling, may address specific strategies that will create shifts and changes in your health and life. You, the client, hereby release and forever indemnify and hold harmless Elissa Arnheim of any personal liability.
7. Important Medical and Legal Information: Elissa Arnheim Health Coaching LLC (“We”) has so far produced above-average results, but it’s not a quick-fix, a cure-all, or a substitute for sound medical advice.
- Elissa Arnheim’s non-medical Background
Elissa Arnheim is a health coach, certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the International Association of Health Coaches and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She has advanced training with The Gut Institute. She is a Certified Fermentationist by the Summer Bock Fermentationist Certification Program. Elissa Arnheim is not now, and never has been, a medical doctor, and does not claim to be one.
- We do not provide medical advice
As with any changes affecting your health, we strongly recommend and encourage you to consult with your medical doctor or other qualified healthcare professional before embarking on this journey. In other words, We urges you to seek medical or professional advice before beginning any health restoration program or any diet.
Nothing claimed by We nor on its website, Facebook page, Facebook group, or other social media, is intended to be medical advice, nor is it anyway a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any health advice is not intended as medical diagnosis or treatment. Should you choose not to obtain the consent of your medical doctor or other qualified healthcare provider and/or work with your physician or other qualified healthcare provider while using any information received from We, you are agreeing to accept full responsibility for your actions.
- Consult Often with Your Medical Doctor or Health Care Professional
We strongly encourage you to consult with your medical doctor or other qualified healthcare provider on the plan when you begin any program.
We strongly urge you and your children to work with and consult with your medical doctor or other qualified healthcare provider throughout your program, particularly if you suffer from any medical conditions.
- Results Will Vary
No claims about health improvement should ever be taken as being typical because the typical person on any program either never begins the program, or drops out of the program.
Every person’s body is unique unto them. Therefore, results will be different for each person.
Health improvement can be significant, leading to an amazing transformation. This transformation depends fully on the amount of effort that you put into the plan.
8. This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the United States of America and by the laws of the State of Washington. Jurisdiction shall be in Seattle, Washington. In the event of any collection or legal matter relating to the subject matter of this Agreement the non-prevailing party shall reimburse the prevailing party for all reasonable attorney's fees and costs resulting therefrom. You expressly consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Seattle, Washington for any legal proceeding arising from or relating to this agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and Elissa Arnheim, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements concerning this subject matter.
